Refund Policy

Overview
TREDA Consulting LLC provides AI strategy and consulting services to small businesses. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for all engagements.
Engagement Fees
All engagement fees are outlined in a signed Letter of Engagement prior to work beginning. TREDA uses a structured payment schedule: a 50% initial retainer due at signing, 25% at the midpoint milestone, and 25% upon final delivery.
Initial Retainer
The initial retainer (50% of the total engagement fee) is non-refundable once work has commenced. This retainer secures your engagement start date and covers planning, preparation, and scheduling.
Savings Baseline Guarantee
TREDA offers a documented savings baseline guarantee on qualifying engagements. If TREDA does not identify at least the agreed-upon baseline value within 90 days of engagement kickoff, a 20% refund of the total engagement fee will be issued. This guarantee requires full client participation, including attending scheduled sessions and completing assigned exercises.
Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels an engagement for convenience after signing, the initial retainer is non-refundable. Any work delivered prior to cancellation will be invoiced at the applicable hourly rate or prorated against the engagement fee, whichever is less. Payments made beyond the retainer for phases not yet delivered will be refunded.
Cancellation by TREDA
In the unlikely event TREDA must cancel an engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, all fees paid beyond the retainer will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
AI Office Hours
Monthly Office Hours retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The current month's retainer is non-refundable once sessions have been scheduled.
